Requirements:
3 years plus experience in general accounting/bookkeeping principals
Well versed in QuickBooks accounting software
Attention to detail
Good attitude is key!
Approximately 10-15 hours weekly, maybe more
Duties will include:
Transaction recording of daily debits, credits, and transactions to the general ledger
Reconcile bank accounts
Managing accounts payable/receivables, invoices and sales
General monthly financial reporting (P&Ls, Balance Sheets, etc.)
